We have a 100 Day Happiness Guarantee that allows you to exchange or return your mattress with a small processing fee of $149.

How do I setup a return?

Please call 1-866-955-9630 to schedule a return. Our delivery team will pick your product*, and you can expect a refund in 7-10 days. Please note that in order to make a return we must be contacted by the 100th day of delivery of the order. *if a local order and not a web-only product

What is your mattress comfort guarantee?

If you find the same or comparable sleep set for less than our displayed or advertised price, simply bring in the advertisement or invoice and we will beat the price by 10% or it's free; even for up to 100 days after your purchase. You may exchange or return your mattress with a small processing fee of $149. Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply to clearance, floor models, vendor rollbacks/rebates, special purchases, promotional items, door busters or discontinued merchandise. Merchandise offered for sale on auction sites (i.e. Ebay, CraigsList, etc.) are excluded. Participation may vary. See store for details.

Selecting your desired Comfort Level and Mattress Type will help narrow down the results to mattress that best suit your needs. Can I view mattresses from online in a real store?

Yes, you can. Please use our store locator featured on the website to find a local store near you. We recommend calling the store first to verify if the store carries the product you are interested in. If a product on the website indicates ‘Web Only', that product will NOT be available to view at a store.

How can I tell if I need a new mattress?

Our motto is Replace Every 8 Years, but there are several other factors that take into place when deciding on whether you need a new mattress. Below are some signs that your mattress has lost its support.

- You wake up tired or achy
- You tend to sleep better at other places than at home (such as a hotel)
- Your mattress shows visible signs of wear (it's saggy or lumpy)
- Rotating your mattress no longer provides the desired comfort change
- Your mattress is 5-8 years old (this depends on the type of mattress you have along with the factors listed above)

What is the best type of mattress for a child?

The type of mattress you choose for a child is extremely important because children grow while they sleep. A plush mattress is normally recommended for a child since they weigh less compared to adults and won't make a big indentation on the mattress.

What type of mattress is recommended for overweight people?

Memory foam mattresses are generally recommended because they are more durable and supportive than spring mattresses which can break down quicker. If you have special preferences, please give us a call at 1-877-349-6172.

What is the best mattress for couples with different comfort preferences?

A split mattress will give couples the option to choose different comfort levels for each side of the bed. Choose 2 Twin XL, 2 Queen or 2 California King mattresses make sure they are the same height and place them on top of a split king size box spring/foundation.

What is the best mattress for people who sleep on their stomachs?

If you are a stomach sleeper, we recommend a supportive mattress to keep the back from arching and support the midsection.

What mattress is recommended for a bad back?

If you have a bad back, we recommend a firm mattress with good support for the lower spine.

What is the difference between mattress heights?

Mattress heights are based off of the amount of cushion and comfort levels; generally speaking, the thicker the mattress, the softer the mattress.

What is the difference between Pillow Top and Euro Top?

The main difference between a Pillow Top mattress and Euro Top mattress is the construction of the mattress. A Pillow Top mattress has an additional layer of padding sewn on top of the mattress, while a Euro Top has padding that is sewn into the mattress.

Do I have to flip my mattress?

Older mattresses required flipping in order to prevent sagging, however with newer models we recommend that you rotate the mattress every 6 months to help avoid sagging.

Is a Box Spring required for all mattresses?

No, a box spring is not required for all mattresses. However, we do recommend purchasing a new box spring with your new mattress.

What is the difference between a Regular Profile and Low Profile Box Spring?

A Regular Profile Box Spring is approximately 9” high. A Low Profile Box Spring is approximately 5” high. Both have the same support, the only difference is whether you prefer your bed higher off the ground.

What does the Comfort Scale number mean for each mattress?

Our Comfort Scale ranges from Extra Firm to Extra Plush. The Extra Firm has the hardest feel. The softest is equivalent to Extra Plush. Medium-Firm mattresses fall in the middle.  For more information regarding the types of mattresses click here.

What is the difference between firm, plush and pillow-top?

The main difference between firm, plush and pillow-top is the comfort level.

A Firm mattress would be considered harder compared to the surfaces of other mattresses. If you like a harder feel rather than soft, firm may be your preferred choice.

A Plush mattress provides a softer surface comfort; this is the happy medium between firm and pillow top.

A Pillow Top mattress provides a combination of comfort and firmness, cradling and supporting your every move with pillow-like softness while you sleep.

Is an innerspring mattress better than memory foam?

Innerspring mattresses support you with coil springs. Memory foam mattresses are made of different layers of foam. A traditional spring is more “bouncy” if it doesn't have pocketed coils. With a traditional spring mattress, you are more likely to feel when the other person is moving, while the memory foam has more of a still feel.
